This line can really describe this whole episode, the reason why we love the show, why we keep coming back to watch it, as the same reason Zoe coming back to Bluebell, and Joel new interest in staying at Bluebell. In this very small town, people genuinely cares for each other, maybe a little too much that causing drama, scenes, craziness, and twists in the refreshing way.

"I'm Back" - Zoe Hart

Finally, Hart of Dixie is coming back with more interesting and fresh story. In the last season, Zoe left Bluebell and promised to come back three months later to Wade. But in this new episode, we find that Zoe never really coming back to Bluebell, and she did left Bluebell in the bad term.
